The Lesson Nineteen

Skill: Grammar
Teachers: Gladys Galvez, Lourdes Rodriguez, Felix Cruz, Luisa Zamora.

The class began with an amazing interaction between teacher Felix and the students. All the students answered when Feliz asked them How are you? It was an interesting thing that they wanted to speak in English. Felix asked about the professions that they have seen in the previous class.


In that stage, Gladys began to explain the grammar part. She asked students to repeat; also, she explained the pronouns, and how to use it in the sentence with the professions.


At the moment of the practice, Luisa paste a poster on the board, but the pronous were missing. The job of the kids were to paste on the poster the pronous that missed. Some of them did not understand, but finally they could catch the idea. 

Teacher Lourdes asked students to sit down on the floor and make a circle. After, she spun a marker on the floor, and the kids that were point by the marker had to ask and answer. The activity was repeat about three times.





The Lesson Eighteen

Skill: Vocabulary- Professions
Teachers: Flor Alvarado,Tatiana Alvarado and Enma Martinez

To started the class, teacher Tatiana start with a pop quiz about the last topic. The students were able to complete the exam. 


In the presentation, Flor began to explain the new vocabulary about professions. She introduced eight professions pilot, nurse, chef, soccer player, teacher, singer, and secretary. While she asked students to repeat one by one the professions, they payed much attention. It was a good presentation because she also introduced a question according to the professions.


After, Flor asked students one by one to stood up and paste on the board the name of the professions. All the students wanted to participe, and they felt invlove in that activity. Besides, teacher Enma gave students a papers with letters. The students had to match all the letters until to form the word.  

At the end of the class Enma asked students to make two lines. After, Flor asked students that she was going to said a profession, and they had to touch it. The students were able to catch the instruction and made the things.

The Lesson Seventeen

Skill: Reading
Teachers: Luisa Zamora, Gabriela Paredes

Teacher Gabriela began with the class. She asked students to make two groups to play a game. The students had to guess the pair of images that were paste on the board. 


Teacher Luisa began to explain the vocabulary about moods. After, she asked students to divide in two groups and draw a mood in a page that she said. All the students had to draw individual in page. 


In the During, Luisa sat down on the floor with the kids and started to read the paragraph that she provided them. Also, the kids had to circle the objects that the reader mentioned it.


At the end, Luisa asked students to make two lines and complete a crossword with her. 



The Lesson Sixteen

Skill: Grammar
Teachers: Jennifer Mejia and Alejandra Marroquin

Jenni started the class, and she gave students a worksheet in which they had to circle the correct objects. 

Teacher Alejandra started to explain the grammar stage. She asked students to repeat one by one the questions "Is it...?" "Is this...?", and the students felt involve answering the questions. 

After, Jenni gave students a page in which they have to circle the correct answer "yes, it is ; or no, it is". I saw all the students with a good behave solving the worksheet.
In the next activity, Alejandra asked students to write the answers in the worksheet. The worksheet had only the questions and according to the pictures they had to write. 


At the end of the class, students had to pass in front to paste a image according to the name of it. They liked and enjoyed in the activity. Also, I really admired the teachers because the materials were creative and colorful.



The Lesson Fifteen

Skill: Vocabulary - School Objects
Teachers: Gladys Galvez, Lourdes Rodriguez and Felix Lopez.

To started the class, teacher Gladys asked student to stand up and make a circle. Then, Gladys explained the activity that was a game with a song. The song was called "head, shoulders, knees, and toes". I saw all the kids enjoying with the song because they had to touch the part of the body that the song said. 


In the presentation, Felix began to introduce the new vocabuary about School Objects. It was really interesting because he used the realia to explain the topic. Almost all the kids payed attention and it was an amazing method to catch the attention to the kids. Also, Felix asked students to repeat one by one the name of the objects.


After, students started to play a hot potato, and the student who got the hot potato had to answer what object teacher Lourdes showed.


In the production, Gladys asked students to form three groups.  The groups had a one teacher that asked student about the vocabulary, but also, the students were able to speak alone without any teacher helped of the teachers.
At the end, Gladys asked students to draw her/his favorite object in a page. When students finshed to draw, they had to paste on the board.

The Lesson Fourteen

Skill: Reading
Teachers: Jennifer Mejia and Alejandra Marroquin

To began the class, Jenni asked students to present themselves, and said what animal they had.

Alejandra started with the presentation, and she explained three different environment in where the animal live. The environments were (Water, Ground, Trees). She asked students about what was the traits that make the animals to live in the different places. I could see that students answer when she asked.

Besides, Jenni asked students to read alone, but some students could not read alone; for that reason, she began to read with them slowly to the kids understood the reader. Then, she made a review. 
After, Jenni provided a worksheet to students in where they have to write the animals according to the three square that appeared in the page. 
























To finished the class, Alejandra gave students a worksheet. The students had to solve individual. She made a CCQ. It was an interesting class because they showed the different places in where the animals live.




The Lesson Thirteen

Skill: Listening
Teachers: Flor Alvarado and Tatiana Alvarado.

To began the class Flor asked the students to stood up, and they had to make two lines or two groups.
The kids had to touch with a fly killer the animal that the teacher Flor said. When a kid touched the animal, the group get one point. 

In the pre-listening, Tatiana began to explain the vocabulary that they had to use in the class; also, she took the time to involve all the students repeting the words. In the same stage, Tati made students to pass in front to match the labels according with the picture of the animal. Besides, Tatiana introduced a questions that they had to use in the audio.


On the other hand, Flor provided students a worksheet in where they had to circle the animal that they listened. Flor played the audio, but some problems went with the radio and the computer. However, as a good teachers they started read the audio, and the kids can do the things excellent. Flor reviewed the answers. 
In the post-listening, the teachers made an activity with a die. The kids had to throw it and if they get a bad face, they had to answer a question.



Flor gave them a jigsaw puzzle to the kids. They had to match the pieces in pairs. When they finished to do that, they had to say the name of the animal that they did. I liked this class because the kids enjoyed a lot in special with the die. It was an excellent material that the teachers applied in the class to the kids can work and enjoy at the same time.

The Lesson Twelve

Skill: Grammar
Teachers: Monica Cuellar and Adonay Avila

To start the class Monica asked students to make a circle and, the students had to make a sound of the animals.



After that, Adonay start to introduce the grammar stage, he explained how to use the questions, and he paste it on the board. The kids understood because they could see the differences between the singular and plural.
In the other stage Monica gave them the flash cards. The students had to paste it in the poster that teacher made.

At the end of the class students played with a ballon. The student who has the ballon had to answer a question.
